====== Rotating the ComfilePi's Screen ======

To rotate the screen, please follow the[[https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/accessories/display.html#change-screen-orientation|instructions for the Raspberry Pi]].

After rotating the screen, you will need to [[comfilepi:calibrating_the_touch_screen:index|recalibrate the touchscreen]] or, in X Windows, you can add a transformation matrix like the following:

# 90-degree counterclockwise rotation

To apply the setting each time the panel PC boots into X Windows, create a file in the ///etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/// like  ///etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/01-touchscreen-rotation.conf// with contents similar to the following:
