====== CTU ======

This CTU command is an UP counter. When an input is received the counter
is incremented by one. When the counter reaches a specified value, the specified register will turn ON There is also a reset input so the counter can
be reset as needed.

====== CTD ======

This CTD command is a DOWN counter. When an input is received the
counter is decremented by one. When the counter reaches 0, the specified
register will turn ON. There is a also a reset input so the counter can be
reset as needed.

===== Double word Up Counter =====

CTU command can count up to 65535. If a higher value is needed, use this ladder logic.
