====== Restoring the CWR Series' OS ======

  - Turn off the CWR
  - Set DIP switches (on the bottom side of the panel PC) as follows:  1-ON, 2-ON, 3-OFF.
  - Connect the CWR's USB DEVICE port to a Windows PC via a USB cable.
  - Turn on the CWR. Check Windows PC's Device Manager and verify that it is enumerated as "Telechips TCC893x VTC USB Driver".  If it is not, install the driver.
  - Run the FWDN_V7_v2.30.exe utility
  - On the "Default" tab, drag the tcboot.rom and nk_comp.rom files to the file list.
  - Be sure the "Default download" option is selected in the bottom right dropdown list.
  - Press the "Start" button and wait for it to complete.
  - Turn off the CWR, set the DIP switches to all OFF, and then power on the CWR again.
