Create a New jControls NF4 Project

To create a new project as more of a blank slate, use the

1. Open Visual Studio to start the new project wizard.
2. Select the jConrols NF4 Project template.
3. Give the project a name and create it.
4. Build the project before interacting with it.
5. Select Form1 and expand the ComfileTech.jControlsNF4 toolbox.
6. Add controls to the form from the toolbox and edit their properties. Then run the program.
