Panel Mounting Instructions

Panel Cutout

CPi-A070WR, CPi-B070WR, CPi-C070WR, & CPi-S070WR

Recommended panel thickness: 1.6 to 5.0 (mm) [0.07 to 0.2 (in)].
A panel made from a strong material (e.g. stainless steel) will better protected against dust and water.

CPi-A102WR & CPi-A101WR

Recommended panel thickness: 1.6 to 5.0 (mm) [0.07 to 0.2 (in)].

CPi-A150WR

Recommended panel thickness: 1.6 to 5.0 (mm) [0.07 to 0.2 (in)].

Mounting Brackets

Mounting brackets are included with the purchase of each product.

(Do not separate the bolt and the bracket. Leave the bolt inserted into the bracket as show in the image below.)

1. Prepare a panel cutout according to the panel PC's dimensions, and insert the product into the cutout.

2. Insert the brackets into the bracket mounting holes as shown in the image below, pulling the bracket back to lock it into place.

3. Tighten the bracket mounting bolts to secure the product to the panel. The recommend torque is 0.4(N.m).

(CAUTION!! Over-tightening the bolts can cause deformation and/or damage to the product or the panel.)

4. Repeat for each bracket, and verify that the product is properly mounted and secured to the panel.
