After installing jControls CF35, you can create a new jControls CF35 project with Visual Studio 2008.

To create a new jControls CF35 project, use the File–>New–>Project menu in Visual Studio and the New Project window will open.

There you should see a jControls CF35 category. Inside that category, you will see a new jControls project template.

Create the project using that template, and a new project will appear with a default jForm. A reference to the Comfile.jControlsCF35 assembly will be automatically added, and all controls in the jControls CF35 library will appear in the Visual Studio toolbox.

Before executing the project be sure to select the appropriate device.
