RS232C recognizes 1 and 0 with voltage level. RS232C weak from Noise because Noise comes as voltage.

But RS485 recognizes 1 and 0 in the direction of the current.

Noise can't effect to direction of the current. That is why strong from noise.

When I make control box at the noisy environment. I usually use RS485 instead of RS232C.
