KeyInH
variable = KeyInH( port, debouncingTime)
variable Variable to store results (No String or Single) port Input port (0 to 255) deboucingTime Debouncing time (0 to 65535)
KeyInH is for active high inputs. For active low inputs, the KeyIn command
should be used.
