Sends String data on the specified RS-232 channel.

Similar to the Put command, PutStr puts data to be sent in the RS-232
port's send buffer. Afterward, the Cubloc BASIC interpreter takes care of
the actual sending. Use the BFree command to prevent overloading the
send buffer
